2nd time staying because of great experience before. The room was clean, with spacious space. Had bad experience with in room dining service, waiting for order to arrived, wait for 1 hour, no food preparation done due to miscommunication between the one receive order & kitchen. Food complementary was given after that. Next day, tried to order again. Called twice. However, operator did not answer the call. Hotel will undergoing renovation starting 1st mac.

Had a good stay overall. Room was quite clean, except that there were some ants crawling around the toilet sink and the countertop above the fridge. The bidet hose was also dirty, with what remains to be some sort of stain left behind by someone else. Water from the bathtub tap turned yellow when filling up the bathtub. Had to use the shower head to fill the bathtub instead

I recently stayed at The Garden Hotel and had a wonderful experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways.
The food at the hotel was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
What really stood out to me was the hotel's convenient location. It's situated close to major shopping districts, making it easy to explore the local area.
Overall, I highly recommend The Garden Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

"I recently stayed at this hotel again, and once again, it did not disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great environment for relaxation. The staff were incredibly helpful; they even assisted me in retrieving some belongings I accidentally left behind during check-out. The hotel's location is convenient and easy to access, making it a great choice for my travels. I look forward to returning soon!"

Best location with Gardens Mall annd Mid-valley mega mall, excellent services. However pillow and blanket are a but old.

The hotel shows its age, but things are still functional. Comfortable bed in fact. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue—there were crumbs on the chair upon entering. Additionally, the remote control didn’t work, but this was promptly fixed after notifying the front desk.
Parking is available, though it’s a bit confusing to navigate if you’re unfamiliar with the layout. It costs 5RM per entry, and validation is self-service through TNG card, which might be inconvenient for some.
This wasn’t my first choice of accommodation, but it was offered as an alternative. While the hotel has its shortcomings, it’s adequate for a short stay if you’re not too particular. However, improvements in cleanliness and better guest assistance would make the experience more satisfactory.

The room is a bit dated. In room entertainment needs improvement. Other than that, top notch. Everyone is friendly, location is just strategically awesome. Pool is good too
